1st look: Universal Orlando opening 2 affordable hotels in 2025

In less than two years, Universal Orlando will open its fourth theme park on a 750-acre site a few miles away from Universal’s existing parks and hotels, nearly doubling the resort’s size.

While many details on the lands, attractions and theming for Epic Universe have not yet been announced, Universal and co-owner and -operator Loews Hotels & Co. recently released information about Universal Stella Nova Resort and Universal Terra Luna Resort, two of the hotels that will be coming to the innovative new theme park.

Both resorts will be adjacent to Universal Epic Universe and will open in early 2025. They both will also fall into Universal’s “Prime Value” lodging category. Prime Value hotels typically have rates that start at under $200 per night. Each resort will have 750 guest rooms, bringing the total number of guest rooms across Universal Orlando Resort to 10,500.

Universal will release more information about the official on-sale date for both hotels, including how to book vacation packages, at a later date. For now, here’s what we know about each resort.
